Kelly Privett DDS Dental Savings Plan
No Dental Insurance? No problem! Our practice is now offering a low-cost, in-house, dental plan for a nominal membership fee. Our plan includes preventative dental care and a discount on restorative work such as fillings and
crowns.

- No yearly maximum
- No deductibles
- No claims to submit
- No limitations for pre-existing treatment.
- No Pre-Authorizations
- No waiting for treatment
- Membership fees are due the day of joining program.
- No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time.
- Children listed on plan must be 12 or younger at the time of joining.
- Cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Whitening & Invisalign are not included in the plan discount.
- Membership expires one year from joining the program.
- The membership cannot be transferred.
- The Dental Savings Plan cannot be combined with anyother discount or dental plans.
- Children (12 and younger): $329 per year
- Adults (13 and older): $354 per year
- Adults receive 2 cleanings, 2 exams and X-rays each year.
- Children receive the same as adults with the addition of 1 fluoride treatment per year.
- All plan participants receive 20% off subsequent dental treatment*.
